I hope it lasts until July 27, this is a good deal.

Sheesh, just got approved for the black, Would have rather paid zip. Although in cancelling the NAB Signature they just refunded most of the fee, so it should almost cover the black fee.

This is a great deal, I secured this deal earlier last year & the $0 fee I feel enticed me to keep it for close to a year so this time round I’m excluded however a nice little earner. I believe banks are defiantly more responsible in leading credit now so platinum cards with the lower income & limits seem a safe bet at times.

Still have a few days to wait until my exclusion period finishes. Great timing :)

Hi anyone know how long to receive we get the points after we reach the min spend?

Offer available to new and approved applicants who apply for an ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum credit card account. This is a limited time only offer which may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice. Not available in conjunction with other offers, packages or promotions or when transferring from an existing ANZ credit card. Offer not available where you currently hold an ANZ Frequent Flyer, ANZ Frequent Flyer Gold, ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum or ANZ Frequent Flyer Black credit card, or have closed, or qualified for bonus Qantas Points or a credit back on, any of those ANZ Frequent Flyer credit cards within the previous 12 months. Your application must be approved and you must activate the card and make $2,500 worth of eligible purchases within three months of approval to receive the 75,000 bonus Qantas Points and have the $150 credited to your credit card account. The 75,000 bonus Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas account, and the $150 will be credited to your credit card account within three months of the eligible spend criteria being met. The $150 credit will be applied to the purchases balance and does not constitute a payment under your contract with ANZ. If you transfer or cancel your new ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum credit card account before the $150 credit and bonus Qantas Points are processed to your account, you may become ineligible for this offer. Applications for credit are subject to ANZ’s credit approval criteria. This offer is limited to one credit card application per Qantas Frequent Flyer member.

So the pointshack exclusive relates to the no fee for the first year? That would be free money to go with the points given the $150 cashback. Good deal. I like the insurance that comes with ANZ cards.

The Pointshack offer doesn't include the $150 cash back offer.

Ah. I'm looking at the T&Cs you posted above which are different from the points hack link.

What is also confusing is fees, if any, for supp cards. From the pointshack link:

Do you think the no fee would also apply to the pointshack offer?

There's no info about BT fees either?

Ah yes, I was being a bit lazy to answer the first question. Apologies for that.

Only one way to find out for sure...

I'm teetering between this and the Black. Essentially $225 for an extra 45,000 points - right on the line of the good value IMO - plus whatever the Black offers overs the Plat. Decisions.....

I'm thinking I might apply for this next month if the deal is still running.

Hmmm. Might need to apply this month or look for a different deal next month then.

If they want to see proof of rental income will two months be sufficient? I should have easily more than enough income without rental income, but rental income should prove that mortgage payments are not a problem with servicing.

How long does it currently take to receive the introduction bonus points once minimum spend has been met ?
