I’m looking at using my point to fly the family direct Mel to Honolulu. The flights are available on the Jetstar site on jq1 and jq2 for mid 2022 but the qantas booking system doesn’t show them.

The only available flights from Mel to Honolulu when booking through qantas is via Sydney which would be a drag.

1) is this deliberate that jq1/2 are not available to book through qantas? If so why?
2) can I ring up qantas and book them with points perhaps?

Sounds like a similar story for DPS:

Oh cheers for the link. So I'm not alone.... lso perhaps jetstar is looking for cash post covid rather than point redemtptions? Or its an oversight.....
