New Amex statement credits

I used 2 cards on 15/9 and didn't get any email and no credit yet. Today got a reminder email to use the offer before it expires. Looks like will need to call them to see what's going on.
Just got the same email. And noted that I needed to use this offer before it expired on 10/7/2021! It's possible their system has mixed up the current offer with a previous one as the current offer expires 7/10/2021. I'm on online chat now about it.

UPDATE: All but confirmed via chat that there is a backend error with this promo. My cashback claim has been escalated and I've been told that it will be actioned within 5 to 7 business days.

I have the US version a try with the same offer for my US Green charge card. It’s nothing special and it advertises other subscriptions incessantly. Gotta get some runs on the board first before I outlay more $$ on subscriptions.

I’ve been ignoring MF emails as a result. The Australian service may be different but I won’t be giving it a go. YMMV.

Aus version exactly the same.
Basic subscription gives you some news etc, but just as many adverts for other subscriptions.
Drove me crazy & away from their service all together.

Nothing yet, 14th September purchase.
Similar to Dr Ralph I messaged Amex via live chat this morning and they manually applied the $10 credit to my account. Just checked my account and can see the credit showing up in the "Savings" section.

A quirk with the Easi statement credit: it seems this is coughulative across multiple transactions. I've had two transactions that were ~$50 but got the email last night that I'd triggered the save $10 after a $70 spend.

I will say that Easi is generally dreadful and very unreliable when compared to the competition, but they do have a superior range of Asian restaurants that are *sometimes* worth the pain....

I contacted amex again and spoke to a CS rep - they refused the credit as Apple Pay was used for the Liquorland Offer. Stating -
The terms say:
Excludes transactions where you do not spend directly with your Card to which the offer is saved, in-store at Liquorland or online at www.liquorland.com.au. Offer valid at Australian locations and website only. Excludes transactions made through a third party establishment or payment processor.

***EDIT*** I just escalated this to a supervisor and have been told the digital wallet can be used *** Credit applied manually

I've used the offers all 4 cards already. The pain is in their not so live tracking. Sometimes it will show the driver still at the restaurant, then they turn up the next minute. And sometimes Easi is cheaper too.

A decent offer also on my Plat. I suspect it will track across visits to more than one restaurant visit (to toal $300) but doubt that will be tested very often

Disappointed as a NSW resident that there is nothing available outside of Sydney :(

Addition - I have found some online options available, so maybe I can use these to get the credit.

There are some online options, but yes, I think this is effectively a $300 credit to use at Global Dining Collection venues.
Thanks, also found these on the site.
