With the temporary suspension of the NZ travel bubble, my flights to New Zealand were cancelled and I was automatically rebooked. I want to change those to flights on future dates which would work, but when I click "Change", an Error message comes up with:
  • The system is temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again. (9102)
Does anyone know what this error number means? It has been coming up all day. Apologies if there is a Qantas IT thread where this is answered.

I don't want to cancel and make a fresh booking with the credit as the flights were booked in the DSC promo (and I believe doing so would cancel the eligibility for DSC).

the credit is issued with the same PNR as the original booking. In theory DSC should still apply(I have never actually done this myself to know if it works or not mind you so do not take this as gospel in any way :) ), but the other gotchya is that a credit could well force a higher fare bucket booking.

If the "temporary" error continues I'd (sigh, I'm sorry) give QF a call to change the booking, as it does make more sense than cancel / rebook specially if you intend to move the same trip to hopefully a time you can take it rather than trying to use the credit for something else.

Okay, that makes sense. Thanks for the answers.
