Platinum Complimentary Flight upgrades showing in account

So checking my account this morning I am showing 8 of 8 available. Not sure how they have accumulated so if I can use them would be great. Has anybody else have more than 4 showing available. Maybe the recent 18 month extension has something to do with it.

I will have to go back and double check and see if I can post a screen shot if it does. My partner shows 0 of 0 and has not used any.

Mine was also showing 8 and have since cashed one in so now down to 7. I think the extension may have something to do with it.

For those extended.at the end of March, there were 4 issued at the time. The original 4 will expire on their.original expiration date.

The original ones should expire on the original review date (if not used)
The newly issued ones from the extension should be 1 Apr 2022.

Yes I think it is a quirk of the various extensions. Four due for expiry from start of COVID through to 12 months after had them extended for a further 12 months, plus the next four you are entitled to on anniverary.

So I called yesterday to use one upgrade for flight next month so had 7 of 8 showing.

Had a flight today and asked at the lounge if I could upgrade the flight as I was unable to yesterday due to my partner getting the last available reward seat. Luckily the last few seats became available and I asked to use one of my upgrades. Getting home tonight I still show 7 of 8 and as I have never used one at the airport before are these taken off at a later time or when it was applied at the lounge.

I've had them take several days to reflect in my account when using in the lounge.
