Perth Qantas Club closed?

On the Qantas website, it now lists the Qantas Club in Perth as one of the temporarily closed airport lounges.

I thought this lounge had reopened. Did it close again?

(I assume affected passengers are being redirected to the Business Lounge.)

It was certainly open in Jan as MrsDaver6 frequented it.

This doesn't surprise me. The WA Government has one of the worst track records when it comes to keeping state borders open which would encourage holiday travellers to travel elsewhere.

Maybe that will change after the state election and as the vaccine rollout progresses. It'll be interesting to see.

Well when I asked Qantas about this last week, they confirmed the Perth Qantas Club was closed. But it now looks to be back open, as of yesterday.

It was closed when I went past yesterday mid-morning. J lounge was full to bursting.

Yes the Qantas Club was closed on Saturday 16/3, I was able to use the Business lounge & it had a self serve breakfast buffet which was a nice change.

Bizarre, the Qantas website now lists this as an open lounge.
