What an interesting race! Took a very long time to get through the first few laps. PER was unlucky also to drop out right near the end with a fire too. As you say, that was a massive crash and fire for GRO but fortunately he made it out of a big ball of fire with minor injuries and minor burns to his hands and ankles. Amazing how quickly he got out in what would have been a tight, hot situation. Hopefully he recovers quickly, but suspect the next race will be a reserve driver in his spot.

What was that marshal thinking running across the track to put out the fire on PER's car at the end? Brave? Stupid? The latter.

Not quite sure of Dan's tyre strategy. He seemingly did a very short middle stint on Hards.

I stayed up for the start, went to bed after the incident expecting it to be a lengthy fix.

which is a shame for Racing Point which seems to have better pace but no luck in securing results
I think it's a shame they're giving Perez the flick over Stroll, but considering who owns the team I guess that's just the cards that are dealt. Ultimately, I think it'll be their downfall in terms of championship points into the future as he's more than just unlucky.

Exciting start I guess. Had I stayed up for the beginning I might not have gone to bed... but as @serfty says, the Kayo mini covered the race nicely.

While skills are good, money always talks and those who bring in the sponsorship dollars..... get the seat. There's similar going on with some of the seats in the other teams.

Perez comes with a lot of backing too. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him in Albon’s seat next year

They've finally worked out a concrete method to beat Hamilton... make sure he can't race!

Whilst you don't wish ill will towards anyone, hopefully this may actually liven up the race.

Will be some interesting pressure from the British press if George does beat Bottas.

Equally if he's well beaten may hurt his Mercedes ambitions.

Jake Aitken (British F2 driver) to take the Williams spare seat.

Russell has consistently done better than Latifi in qualifying.

They say he's a good driver... Be good to see if it is just his cough Williams car that is making the difference.
I'd drop a few bucks on him being on the podium.
This next race is sounding quite exciting for the first time in a while with all the changes, bring on Thursday!
