Now, 4 QFF points per $1 spent, that would be good.
But as it is, its the other way around that is now, as it is.
My smartphone (basic one) is already telling me internal storage is full, got it for cheaps, I think it was Aud$129, so not a lot of space on that thing.
If Jobkeeper keeps on after sept for me, I might put in the $ to get another smartphone, with more space, and put it only to pocket wifi.
Right now, without flights, EDR and QTMC are the only ways to keep my QFF account alive.
But with Vic in hard lockdown, NSW maybe soon, and Qld might bring it in again, and no go with WA, NT might also do lockdown, then no flying.
Also, so many hotels, which are another way to earn QFF points without flying, are now covid hotspots (because someone thought it was a good idea to quarantine overseas returnees (Aussies/PRVisa holders) in them, pity this, means that when we go to Vic in future, are we staying at one of them places.
3 hotels in Adelaide are now class as covid holding places, two of the is in the Accor ALL, (Pullman and Peppers, unbelievable, what next, the IHG?
The hotel stays were also a good way of getting QFF points without flying, just need to book via QFF hotels/JQ hotels website.
But its hard to believe, that not everyone knows that QFF points have a life of 18 months, if no/nil activity, then the points go, and its an effort to get them back/reinstated.
Ok, warbly turned off for now.
