VA flights now (randomly) posting to Velocity quicker [Dec 2019]

Unsure when it changed as I didn’t fly between the end of October and just prior to Christmas.
All my VA flights over the Christmas break posted to Velocity the next day.

Yep. 2hrs after landing on a Saturday, SCs and points in our accounts.

yeah it has been pretty much on landing on my last 4 flights, 2 of them were even double status (which posted straight away)

Yep.... made this discovery the other day as well. Same day for both me and the little lady... (I'm only joking .....she's not little)

Flew on Friday, still haven't posted. They've changed the retro claims page recently, now won't let you put a claim in until 14 days has passed.

In the same boat. One flight posted and one didn't (only been 3 days though). Frustrating, but still good to see VA improving.

Completed a return domestics journey a few days ago. Outbound posted 35 hours after flight - good improvement from the normal couple of days.

However the inbound is still MIA (4 days later).

Suggest change in title thread it’s a bit click baity...

Well, my flight posted this morning, so that's 4 days. Not seeing any improvement there. I've got a few more flights in two weeks, maybe they'll be more successful.

I've noticed a slight pattern on posting.
If you have paid for the booking it posts quickly.
If you have used points, such as upgrading using points there is still a bit of a lag.

After LA flight last month, Same day posting of my earned points and SC, same day auto transfer of my wife's and daughters points and SC, and 2 days later membership upgrade because of the SC

We flew WLG SYD this morning on paid ticket VA170 and points and SC have already posted to both our accounts. I'd missed this thread so almost had to pick myself up off the floor For hubby it was sector 8/8 to requalify for Platinum until Feb 2021.

Just flew AKL-OOL as part of my DSC booking and points and SC’s had posted before I hit the OOL lounge. To be fair though they had an extra 2hrs by time we got through the shambolic immigration at OOL
