I got 4000 for $90 which I jumped on last night. Just checked my account and it's back again until Thursday. Pity as there's no way I can back it up so quickly. I just don't eat that much....

Last week I got 7600 points for $190. Biggest offer ever for one week for me.

Nice! I’ve had about 4 in a row, spend ~$150 for 6000 points. Fortunately they co-incided with some half price offers that suited us, my cupboards are groaning!

And the free delivery has been handy, it’s a 40km round trip to coles for me.

Buying a prepaid wifi recharge, will do me just fine.
I am already using prepaid wifi so this will suit just nicely.
**Sorry mods**, was on a smartphone earlier, (when i got the email), so put it into the general VFF section, but see its been moved here.
Will also earn some SC to count towards VFF PS again.
So, I see too that this large a bonus isn't out of the blue.
Usually mine is $150 over 4 weeks, to get 2500 or so, so for me, this $150 in one go, for 9000 is a huge one.

Go for it. They only offered me 2500 for $150. :(

I didn’t think that prepaid phone / wifi vouchers count? (Like gift vouchers, iTunes cards, etc) I can’t see the terms on mine any more, but can I suggest you double check before you shop?

I always buy at Coles for my recharges and they (FB) have never "quibbled", for normal FB points for my accrual.
Its the opposition that won't give points on mobile phone recharges, despite my many feedbacks to "W...".
Cigarettes and smoking items, maybe that's a no, not sure.
Will buy that $150 recharge and wait and see.

Yup, I was referring to the bonus...
Let us know how you go!

There are plenty of non perishables (TP?) to buy and stock up on :)

7,200 bonus points for spending $120 here. Just successfully finished a 4 week challenge last week

I was 3600 for $90 last week, which I topped up with a 1000 for $50 barcode that was stackable (ozbargain).
Now this week it is 4400 for $110.
Its been quiet for a few months and all of a sudden its raining points...

2800 for one off $70 last week stacked with 1000 offer for spending over $50.
This week it is 2000 for one $70 spend. Will use it then go quiet on them to condition their expectation back down.
It has to coincide with mainly half price specials and stuff going out of date. Love these latter as really the cheese is just aged, right? ;)

I thought it was just me, because I'd not visited for a couple of months. 2000 for $70 stacked with a 750 for $60 coupon and some 10x and 50x product bonuses totalled around 3600.

The receipt gave me another 1000 offer for a few days. I've not had one like that from the register before.

How do you get these offers? I've been in Flybuys for years but cant seem to remember seeing any such offer. I'm not a huge points earner but do earn from time to time.

Maybe it's because I don't shop at Coles very often anymore due to moving away from their supermarket and now closer to Woolworths but for a heap of bonus points I would drive a little further.

I may be wrong but here are the patterns i've noticed on Flybuys offers:

- Booklet offers each quarter (i.e. 12 weeks of bonus points offers, via mail or app);
- a quarterly 10k point challenge (i.e. "Spend $x per week for 4 weeks) that roughly slots inside the above offer;
- the one-off offers of the type above, which tend to come in at the end of each quarter (presumably to boost Coles' quarterly figures). If the uptake is not enough, we may get a second round of the same.
- generic store/docket offers for points on spend (i.e. the 1000pts for $50 this past weekend) to reinforce takeup of the above "one off" offer, or to throw a bone for those not getting the quarterly offers. Also at the end of each quarter.

What do folks think - any data points to consider?
