Just back from the track. Wow - what an event, that was truly something special. I was there the last three days, this is just on another scale compared to Melbourne (which I also loved and am looking forward to the next one). I knew Silverstone would be good but wasn't quite prepared for the scale of this thing. Spent a lot of Saturday checking out different grandstands, sightlines were good all over. Very happy with Village B for the race which was turns 2, 3, & 4. You can see over to the other side from there, so you are getting a lot of track for your money. I don't really do 'bucket lists' but look - if I did this was solidly on there. Just amazing.
One major difference from Melbourne was crowd-support: gee they really give it up for Lewis. We could learn from that a bit.
