How was Vettel that slow compared to Leclerc. Can't see Vettel hanging around for much longer if this continues. His dream of a Ferrari WDC is rapidly disappearing.

So what has changed at Renault? Engine upgrades? I've not really paid much attention since Barcelona given how boring it got...... I did have a big grin on my face around 10 laps before the end though when HAM locked up and had to drive around the chicane.

Since the French GP which was a snooze feat (literally in Aus with east cost start time 2310), the races have been excellent.

Last night’s no exception, a brilliant drive by LEC under pressure, and great the see RIC finally get a decent result. It looked recently like the Renault had improved but they hadn’t turned it into results.

They did get a new engine at Spa I believe.

Mercedes did have more downforce on their setup yesterday which limited their straight line speed.

Renault took the new engine penalty last race, used it in the race for the first time here.

Italy is also more of a flowing track, rather than the tight turns where Renault has its issue

Apparently Michael Schumacher has been admitted to a Paris hospital and is undergoing stem cell treatment.
I heard this today on the France 24 news channel.
