Does your e-ticket start with 795 for a VA redemption ticket on a partner airline?

My booking has just been ticketed, but the e-tickets don't appear on the partner airline website.

I'm just a little annoyed at the moment. VA said it's SQ's problem that there's no e-ticket attached to the SQ/MI booking and have lodged a report for resolution and to wait 3 to 5 business days. Don't want to turn up to the airport at Singapore and find out there's no seat for me.

Mine started with 795.
I got SQ/MI PNR from Velocity and phoned SQ for seat selection.

I hope Velocity 3-5 days is accurate for you.
It was a lot longer for me.

So your e ticket wasn't attached to the SQ/MI booking too?

I'm just hoping that the booking does not disappear.

Does SQ MMB show Reserved or Confirmed for each of the flights?

Confirmed means ticketed. Reserved means unticketed.

Thank you all for your input. Looks like I have closure.

So I kept checking the SQ app today to see if the e-tickets appear. Then sometime between 4 to 6pm, the e-ticket numbers magically appeared. This is about 30 hours after I first raised the issue with VA. As mentioned above, I was quoted the estimated turnaround time to sort it out of 3 to 5 business days. Not sure if being platinum helped speed things up.

Then I thought I would pull out the itinerary VA sent me yesterday to just double check the e-ticket numbers. They are different to the ones in the SQ app! So I went back into VA website to resend myself a new itinerary. Fortunately the new itinerary has identical e-ticket numbers with the ones appearing in SQ app.

VA hasn't given me a call back yet to say it's been sorted, but I hope this is the end of the saga. So the lesson is, take extra care when booking partner airlines.
