Hi, I have transferred 2 electronic Lounge Passes to my daughter ,it has come up on my account as transferred, but when she looks in her account it comes up”” You are unable to redeem a Lounge invertation on this Occasion “ even though she has a booking in her “ bookings”,any help is much appreciated.
 
I cant see my invitations at all right now , "Something went wrong. Please try again later." maybe its just the terrible website.

I would call Qantas on this. Your daughter should be able to use the passes at the PER domestic lounge, rather than T4 transit lounge, after checking in. It won't be as convenient but it's better than sitting around in the terminal.
