Are the statuses currently showing on the website reflective of your status for 2019?

E.g. you were Diamond last year, stayed only enough to be Silver >> currently showing as silver?

The reason I ask is that I am showing as Diamond but don't believe I re-qualified for it so curious to confirm this. Should I just leave it and hope that it remains in April as I am about to make some reservations based on being a Diamond or worthwhile calling the Diamond line? I have taken a screenshot showing Diamond status for 2019.

Second, in the active offers part of the website, I have a 3 month winback ad hoc offer but when I click on the 'fine print' nothing displays. Does anyone else have this?

From memory, I think the status resets at the end of March (if you qualify for status in one calendar year, it will remain effective for the following year AND till March the year after-- that is 15 months after the calendar year the status was earned in). I re-iterate, this is from memory...

Thanks, I understand that is the case. I am moreso trying to ascertain if what shows on the app will remain for 2019 as apparently it has now been reset in late Jan with relevant rollover nights etc displaying.

I think the night counters etc are reset at the start of each calendar year, but the earned status will last till March (dropping if not maintained in the previous year).

As in the past, expect the status bar to go off-line in late March. Then, sometime in the first week, or so, of April, it will show your new (or renewed) status, effective as at 1/4/19.

Any status gained on stays/nights/spend will last for the rest of the calendar year, and also for all of the next year, and will remain until 31st March of the following year. So, if you gain Diamond status on stays/nights/spend any time from 1/1/19, you get to keep it (for the rest of 2019 and 2020 and) until 31/3/21. So, more than two years in this example.

The status bar is showing only your current status, and will be re-set from 1/4/19 (or a few days after).
