Will I earn bonus Qantas Points if use 'Book Now, Pay Later' to make my booking?
If you book your eligible flight during the promotion period for travel during the promotional travel dates, you will earn the bonus Qantas Points regardless of payment date. You will not earn Qantas Points if you do not complete your payment on the advised payment due date. If you book your eligible flight outside the promotion period and pay for your booking within the promotion period your booking will not be eligible to earn the bonus Qantas Points.

If I receive another bonus offer will both offers count for my booking?
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one bonus Qantas Points offer can be applied to an eligible flight segment. If you qualify for multiple bonus offers, the offer first registered for will be applied to each individual eligible segment.

What happens if I cancel or change my eligible booking?
Full or part travel of an itinerary is eligible only if you book (regardless of payment date) and travel within the promotional dates. If you cancel your initial qualifying booking or change it to be outside of the eligible travel period this bonus offer will not apply.

Are Qantas Flight Vouchers eligible for this offer?
Flight Vouchers purchased and redeemed for an eligible flight booking made during the promotion will earn double Qantas Points. Flight Vouchers purchased but not redeemed for an eligible flight booking (for flights that are not booked or traveled within the booking or travel period dates), will not earn double Qantas Points.

For a change the dice rolled my way - had just made a booking to U.S. East Coast and had selected BPay to pay when the offer email landed - quickly accepted offer, cancelled booking and made a new one.

Not happy!
This promotion stated clearly it would finish/needed to register and book by 16 Nov 11.59pm AEDT, yet at 11.42pm AEDT 16/11, website stated "unfortunately this promotion has now ended"

Called 131313 at 11.42pm, they couldn't help as Frequent Flyer team finish at 7pm AEDT. She said just book flights and call back tomorrow, they "should" be able to help honour Double points promotion.
Tried to post up screen shots and info at 11.50pm and 11.57pm to Qantas facebook page, yet they must have blocked my posts.

I rang back today when advised FF team available. Guy said, oh sorry dont know why the promotion was closed early - but here is a reference number, When you fly in March next year, call us back and they can look up the details and should honour the double points offer!?! I was like WTF - that's no resolution. I also made an online complaint last night, so will wait for them to contact me back and see how much more time I can waste.
It's not the biggest issue in the big scheme of life, and only works out to be about an extra 10,000 FF points all up - but it's now more the principal of the issue that if you clearly have an offer with paragraphs of terms and conditions with set start and finish times, you cant just close off the promotion early!
The guy on phone today said maybe it as closed early cos too many people were taking up offer! One of their staff told me last night "the promotion was open for more than a week, you shouldn't have left til the last minute to book! The customer service is getting so bad with Qantas. I do feel for their call centre staff as they obviously dont have enough staff, but holy moley, they need to smarten their act up!
