I've done a search and don't believe Qatar have a lounge for business class flyers in Melbourne, do they have reciprocal rights with Qantas and I can get access to theirs? Flying out Saturday week.

Thanks

Yeah Qatar is OneWorld, so you'll have the same lounge access as if flying the same class with Qantas.

Now because I made that statement & didn't trust it (despite it seeming to be generally true in my limited experience), I checked the Qatar site, and it's definitely correct:

As Forg intends, you'll have access to oneworld lounges which in MEL are Qantas and Cathay. The Cathay is pretty basic but I almost reckon it's a step up from the dungeon that is the QF lounge.

You won't have access to the Emirates lounge that you might otherwise have access to if flying Qantas business class.
