BKK - Use of Emirates lounge after QF23 and before Bangkok Airways flight

Hi all

Hoping to pick the brains of everyone here..

I am flying to BKK on Sunday on QF23, with a 3 hour layover at BKK before a connecting flight with PG (Bangkok Airways) to coughet.

My question is - am I able to use the Emirates lounge upon arrival in BKK? Then do the transfer to the domestic terminal after enjoying the lounge? Or is the configuration at BKK such that passengers cannot access the terminal area where the lounges are when arriving?

I have always just gone direct from QF23 to the domestic terminal previously (but I did not have SG at that time so was not eligible for the Emirates lounge).

When you arrive on QF23 you'll be required to go through immigration unless you are transferring on another international flight.

So no Emirate's lounge for you unfortunately.

As mentioned different concourses between domestic and international flights.

You cant use EK lounge with an onward JQ/3K flight so I don't think a PG flight will allow access to the EK lounge either.

Thanks for your replies. My PG flight is on a QF flight number so I thought I had a chance there.

But looks like I cant do it. Not really surprised. QF23 is often late so likely my 3 hour transit will be redcued to under 2 hours anyway, so enough time to get through immigratiob, get to the domestic part of the terminal and relax in the PG lounge.
