QFF award booking on Qatar

I booked a business class award ticket from CDG-DPS with Qatar last week using my QFF points. Looking through the itinerary, I can't see any mention of what class the ticket is. This is making me feel a little uneasy however it has been some time since I booked an international business class award with Qantas. Is this normal? Is there anywhere on the document I might even get a hint?

It’s there usually. Have you selected your seat on Qatar? That’s where you can check. We travelled ADL - Venice then Budapest - ADL last month and all was fine.

LadyC, I also made a Qatar business award booking with QFF this week and theres on mention of class on my itinerary either. I didn't even notice until you brought it up, but I had chosen my seats on Qatar and their confirmation clearly states the class.

Hi. Same here - made booking last week. I can see class of Qatar booking in Qantas mobile app or by using the ‘Manage Booking’ section of Qatar website using booking reference.
