Hello everyone,
i am going to fly first class from Singapore to Melbourne in late July.

I would like to know where is the location of the first class check in, in Terminal 3 Changi ?
And would the taxi drivers know where the location is ?

By the way, not sure if you guys have better luck than me, but i could not get any SQ teddy bears
in 2 legs (Melbourne to Singapore, Singapore to London) Sad !

PS : And thank you for everyone's helpful posts here since last year. As a result, I have managed to redeem award J and F class SQ flights from Australia to Europe, and loving my experiences so far . Looking forward to my F return legs.

The first class check in is located in a special area on the left as you approach terminal 3. Taxi drivers should know about it but Grab(Uber) drivers don’t always. They need to turn off the main departures road just at the top of the ramp before reaching the normal drop off area.

the F checkin building is nothing special to be honest.
so much room for potential but it has no "oooh aaah" element to it.

But it does its job well. Somewhere comfortable to sit, lots of staff, bags portered from car to conveyor belt, separate immigration. Ideally all you're going to be there is for 2-3 minutes, oooh aaah is not particularly necessary.

i only had carry on bags so I missed the conveyor belt aspect of it.
separate immigration could be accessed from normal T3 as well it looked like, just have to veer left after check-in.

Physically it can be accessed, but I'm not sure if they will let you through there without the right type of boarding pass (First Class or other class with Solitaire PPS sticker on it). The good thing it that it's a very short walk from check in to lounge!

My brother almost missed it when he was dropping us off earlier this year. Ask the drive to slow down as you approach the terminal and you will see it.

I only had carry on as we arrived earlier that morning and were leaving in the evening. The lady who attended to us insisted that we had to get a stamp to continue - presumably to access the immigration gate next to the First Class check-in.

You don't need a stamp to access the SQ F immigration, but do need either SQ F boarding pass, or other SQ boarding pass with either TPP or LPP coding (for PPS Solitaire and PPS Lifetime statuses respectively). The staff at the entrance know exactly what to look for and won't allow through anyone that is ineligible.
