@support is there any chance of adding all the wine sub-forums under one forum such as "Travel Insider Tips" so that one could mark all Wine sub-forums read instead of one by one?

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

They were split out from one forum into their own category because we felt they had grown and developed into something bigger. Thus, it is unlikely they’ll lose their category unless the number of posts shrinks.

I understand what you are looking for is to mark a category as read, but I haven’t come across such an add-on.

And while I understand that if we were to change the structure to be more similar to Travel Insider Tips you could mark all wine forums read at the same time, the next question would be where do we stop, why not change the whole structure... very soon we would have a completely different forum.

Understood.

To me it made sense that the wine threads were in sub-forums under a General Wine forum so people could ignore if they choose.

Well, they still sort of are, but they have their own category.

Travel Insider Tips is under the category Travel Resources, however I'm sure you can understand that forums such as General Wine Discussion, Wine Deals (including "Secret" Deals) and Member Recommendations and Tasting Notes fit less under that category than they do in their own category.

Edit: It appears this may be something that was corrected in Xenforo 2.0, however we are running 1.5 and do not plan an upgrade any time soon, as there are still bugs to bed down in the latest release.
