Hi Guys, I have just joined. New to this.. I have recently booked thro F-F a return trip to Lon from Mel. At a leter date I was looking at my bookings and decided to try and upgrade on ret trip using my points F-F. NOW i have 2 reference booking numbers. I hope this does not mean they have booked me twice on same flights. Secondly I travelled return to Thailand at Xmas on Jetstar but did not receive any points IS this correct.

Welcome Pommie - it is not possible to upgrade an award flight using FF points so it would seem that you have in fact two bookings. I would call the Qantas number on your card and get them to sort it.

FYI return Business class awards to London are hard to come by - well done

I paid for a return trip mel-Lon. then later went to my bookings tab in F-F and entered a request for an upgrade on return trip only to premier economy 60,000 points I think, any I submitted this request. then later noticed I have to booking ref 3----d then 3----e.
Do you know a tel number I can contact qantas ?

How about jetstar should I receive F-F points when I fly with them

Welcome to AFF pommie.

You only earn points flying Jetstar on the more expensive fares (Starclass and Jetflex). The cheaper ones (Jetsaver and Jetsaver Lite, I think) do not earn Qantas FF points. So it depends what fare type you had.

Are you flying on both BA and QF with this booking?

I have had something similar occur. If this is the case; one's your BA reference and the other's with QF.

Look them up using manage my booking on both Qantas.com and ba.com.

Also give Check-my-trip a go.

Yes hard to get! I have got my wife flying BA Business Class to London early December.

Coming back we have to fly Via LA and could only get Premium Economy BA to LA Qantas to Sydney.

Still not bad all on points.
