JQ domestic conx off QF international flight

Hi,
I'm returning from Narita early next year and need to get from BNE-Hobart to get home.
The QF flight is I class and the fare includes business class to my final destination in Australia.
I can use JQ but I am wondering if it would involve more than the base offer eg
would i get seat selection , boarding priority , free meal etc .
it looks like the fare basis on JQ would be D or B.
The other option would be business to MEL and onto HOB but that takes a lot longer.
I'd be grateful for your thoughts.

I don't believe the QF J fares ex-AU to Tokyo nor ex-JP permit the use of JQ for the domestic connection.

The oneworld explorers require you to use QF codeshares on JQ and BNE-HBA is not a route where QF codeshares on JQ.
