Unsuccessful claiming missing point

MHupgrade books into I class, which is listed on the QF website as an eligible fare class for earning of points and SCs.
Didn't credit for me at I earn rate, only the original booking class.

It was most likely a mistake, not "generosity". You are meant to earn per the original booking class.
Most upgrades are processed into award booking classes and in this situation you may not receive original SCs and points automatically. This can occur with partner airlines and you will need to make claim for original SCs and points.

And some upgrades are processed into revenue booking classes and in this case you will most likely receive upgraded SCs and points. Nothing wrong there. Keep quiet and hope the "glitch" continues.

Do you claim sector by sector eg adl to doh then doh to bcn or just adl to bcn. No stopovers, just the 3 hour layover always Qatar flights. Thanks

I'm assuming separate flight numbers so you'll need to claim sector by sector and provide each flight number.
