I'm in the US at the moment and was checking to see whether any of my flights had posted yet. I flew PER-SYD on 13th March (the only flight posted so far) but have only received 80 SCs, which was the pre-31 January 2017 earn rate. According to the SC earn table, domestic flights in Discount J should receive 90 SCs for PER-SYD. I note however on the short haul/trans Tasman/long haul international table, J flights 1501-3000 miles earn 80 SCs.
So does that mean because my PER-SYD sector was part of an international itinerary, the SCs are paid from the "international" earn table instead of the domestic table? Not very happy, if that's the case as that's very misleading - or is it an error on VA/Velocity's part?
Has anyone else come across this?
