PX are commencing TSV-POM from late March 2017. (The price looks reasonable as well).

Always nice to see new route options. Do you think there would be much demand for this flight, swanning_it?

I would think mostly mining FIFO traffic between TSV and various ports in PNG, at only twice a week (Mon and Fri) with arrival times of 1420 into POM from TSV there are no sensible connections onto any other PX international flights except for MNL that I can find on the PX web site and schedule.

In theory on Mondays you should be able to book TSV-POM-MNL as a legal connection but I think TSV-POM-HKG is too tight. I wouldn't imagine that POM would be a wildly popular transit point, or that the PX fares would be that competative. But the fares to POM themselves look OK if you need to go there or if there is somewhere else in PNG that you do want to connect to.

That sounds like a challenge!

Good to see TSV getting some international services.
