Just got an email from "Apple Service", saying that someone from Russia used my AppleID to download podcasts and to go to iforgot.apple.com to change my password. It was well written but not addressed to me by name.

Naturally, I did not click on the link, but logged in elsewhere and changed the p/w. I phoned Apple who said it was not real and to go and change the p/w again.

I feel as if I just dodged a bullet.

Sheesh they're getting good,these scammers: the email had my name and address correct and asked for an amount that's about right in $ in the correct format.

It was Nexday delivering a part-order from Vinomofo that was due next Wednesday/Thursday. Delivered on a Saturday - I guess due to Christmas extra deliveries. But no message from Vinomofo. Vinomofo's website still shows the order as "processing". The TXT was from the driver?
