I cancelled a flight I had booked with qantas on sunday the 12th june.
When I called they said I was entitled to a refund and that they would put the money back in my account.
As of yet I have not received anything back from them and Im wondering how long qantas usually take to process refunds?
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
Andrew

I'm still waiting for a refund of a flight from 27 April. I've called three times and each time I've been told it will be a few days.

That's awful ........write to them, best results are social media

I don't use social media, and I find writing to them results in slow or no response. For example I submitted a points claim for a LAN flight I did in early April which did not post by end of third week of April. I got the points & SCs in May, but a couple of days ago I got a "rejected claim" entry in my QFF account from that claim I made two months ago. Calling means they have to respond and they can put data into the CRM about the issue.

Edit: As I needed to call about something else I raised the problem with the refund again. Annette was very helpful, having to do a bit of backend work as the PNR has now dropped off the system. Hopefully I get it eary next week ...
