Now that i have made the slippery slope down from WP, and work has provided me with QC membership instead Im trying to figure out which arrivals lounge at LHR i can access. Previously i have just gone through the AA Arrivals lounge, but i see that is closed at the moment with no info on reopening time.

So which lounge should i head to for a shower before meetings?

I doubt QP in Y gets any access to any lounge. It didn't last time I traveled with just QP but that was some time ago....and nothing much gets "enhanced' upwards.

Higher classes of travel may help.

Unfortunately you will need to find a pay in lounge, if that exists, if you want a shower. Or try to check in to hotel early.
