Red Roo is being enhanced!

Reading the thread title, i thought this was a side trip to Thailand for some cosmetic surgery
 
The thought of a whole team of Red Roos (or is that Reds Roos?) is either heartwarming or terrifying. Will the real Red Roo please stand up?

I thought we'd established - through various AFFers meeting various incarnations of Roo - that it was indeed a social media team.

The whole team off to be "enhanced" ... sounds like it's either a great junket or something to avoid!!

Hurry back RR, although I've never personally had need of your services, the type of help you do provide to various contributors will be missed (feel free to print and include in your "enhancement sessions"!!)

It is. But I have been lead to believe that "our" Red Roo​ is one individual who looks after AFF on their own.

There is no proof that Red Roo's enhancement is positive or negative yet. Just that they were to "refresh the team".

I suspect the QF Social Media Team are meeting to invite us to a forum to re-write the lounge access rules (in plain English). I'm thinking somewhere with Neil Perry and lots of Champagne to stimulate discussion.

While the targeted action is useful (and I'm sure much appreciated), I'd really like authority to be given to the rep to tackle some of the strategic issues - there have been many, but the rep hasn't been able to engage on those.

A couple of examples are call centre wait times, and how refunds are calculated in the the event a passenger is involuntarily downgraded.

I assumed they were in a lock-up putting the finishing touches on the soon-to-be relaunched MASAs.

You were missed from the list so much so that the mere thought of combining old bad jokes with enhancements gave me a shiver up the spine. :D :D :eek:
