Can't think of a reason why not. :)
Edit: I see Pushka has given you a much more authoritative response.
Go with that. :)

Im just excited for our first trip in Dubai and J and F in just over three weeks. Emirates have upgraded us to J and F before but last minute so we didn't anticipate it. Of course I am hoping for Emirates to upgrade us from J to F this time.

Maybe light a candle to the Patron Saint of Upgrades.
There must be one. If not, it may be necessary to mount a canonisation campaign. :)

I have an QFF point redemption on flight EK380 (DXB-HKG) F.
I have both my QFF booking number and my EK booking number.
Using my EK prn, I have been able to book the chauffeur service to get us from hotel in Abu Dhabi to DXB, but I am struggling to find how I book the other end (HKG airport to our hotel)

The system keeps showing me my "car 1 of 2" how do I book car 2 of 2?

From the emirtaes car page (you need to call):

Chauffeur-drive service is offered to First Class passengers only. Please contact your local Emirates office if you wish to book this service.

This service is not available in areas requiring special entry permits (e.g. Ma Wan, Discovery Bay or Huangang control point) or crossing Hong Kong Special Administrative Region borders (e.g. Shenzhen). In addition, it is not valid for flight bookings between Hong Kong-Bangkok and vice versa.

...and an S class Mercedes will be waiting.

Thank you all for your responses.
I will get the concierge at Sofitel Abu Dhabi to book it when we arrive there, which will be 3 days before the flight to HKG.

I have booked 2 x J Class FF redemption , Perth - Glasgow , booked thru Qantas with Emirates metal and Emirates flight #.
From what I can see we are entitled to Chauffeur Drive from home to Perth Airport (20km), please correct me if I am wrong.
Are we also eligible for Chauffer Drive at destination, Glasgow?
The limit they can carry appears to be 2 pax + 2 Baggage + 1 carry-on which is insufficient luggage for this trip, we will have 3 Baggage + 2 carry-on.
As there are 2 of us booked J , would we be entitled to a car each? Greedy thoughts I know but I want to take advantage of the "free" ride instead of paying $50 in cab fare.

Yes you are. You can also reserve a car each AFAIK.
Do the bookings through the EK website.

Now I am reading about complimentary stopover in Dubai including transport and accommodation. If I book Business back Glasgow to Perth with a day stopover in Dubai, will I be able to get the complimentary stopover. I know there is "Dubai Connect" but that is only if the connecting flight has a long layover time.

Have there been changes to CD being available in SIN?

We are booked in F from SIN-DXB, then have Dubai Connect (booked via QF as it is an award booking on EK), then J DXB to FCO. We booked CD for SIN and FCO, but the SIN car has disappeared, and there is no option to re-book.

Same here. I have an EK J flight from SIN-BNE coming up. The SIN limo booking has disappeared with only the BNE booking showing.

I called EK this morning, they said (and emailed me a full itinerary for verification) that they can see the SIN CD booking. Strange that this is occurring in multiple bookings for same city.

Yes, you will get the stopover OK, but you will need to pay for the accommodation. You will get CD to and from the accommodation.

I used QF points to book a SIN-BNE J on EK metal. I was able to book the complimentary chauffeur on BOTH the QF website and the EK website (using the relevant booking reference).

I noticed in the terms and conditions that "19. Qantas codeshare flights operated by Emirates (with a QF flight number) between Asia and Australia/New Zealand are not eligible."

Does this mean that my SIN-BNE on EK metal is not eligible for complimentary chauffeur service (despite having booked the service)?

This is very strange. I use EK a lot to Singapore (booked through QF) and can not book Chauffeur Drive. EK cancelled this over 12 months ago for all Asian ports and more than 4 years ago for NZ flights to and from OZ.

Me too same flight. Booked at both ends.
