Hi folks,

when I flew BA in the past, the qf points were credited quit fast to my account (usually on the next day).
Some other airlines (AY, IB, AB,...) usually post once a week on a special date/time (usually around midnight in Australia, morning at home).

My IB flights do post Thursday night, AB post Tuesday night.

BA usually the next day.

My last flights with BA did not show up in my account (as well as in Mrs. Tyrolean's account).
Went for retrocredit. ..
Anyone else having those problems?

Haven't had a problem with BA but Mrs 340 is still waiting on an MH segment flown 10 weeks ago.

Hey Tyrolean,

It took 2 weeks exactly for my points to post from a BA J flight JFK-LHR in early Nov. So I think the process has slowed for some reason. Haven't yet received my points/SC for the return segment. Expecting them tomorrow if the 2 week rule applies again.

Yeah it took a couple of weeks for me this month on BA too

A little off topic maybe but if I book with BA is there somewhere on my booking that I can submit my QF FF #?

I'll be in the UK in April and I'll probably do a quick jump with BA to Dublin ex LHR

If you forget to do it at booking, you can enter it later on the Finnair site

There's a good chance it was.

There's been reports of ongoing issues with automated posting of MH Z Class into QFF. After 10 weeks, I'd be following up direct with QFF: include BPs and a copy of your e-ticket in the claim.

Regards,

BD

Thanks BD for the info about MH Z :) as I wasn't aware of that particular issue. A follow up request was sent via the QF Missing Points page a while ago and nothing has appeared so it looks like a second follow up may be needed. Will probably wait for the eight weeks quoted on the website though.
