Do you travel for business or leisure? Are you partnered (married) or single. Is your travel pattern combined with events or leisure activities? What is your budget like?

If you were single , moderate to high income , looking to travel for leisure , and premium cabin flying (international long haul at least) is an option for you, Lounge membership may be somewhat redundant. Premium cabin flying gets you (mostly) lounge access. Depending upon your ability to "earn " points from non flying activity , regular award and upgrade flying may sort out the rest.
