Emirates recognition on QF

Hi All,

I'm currently bronze with QF and platinum with EK.
Business trips have dried up for the time being so I'll be Gold with EK by the time I get to a holiday booked for next year on QF.

I've got plenty of points to upgrade from PE to Bus, but being bronze I know I'm at the bottom of the pile.

Is there anyway to leverage my EK status to improve my chances of a QF upgrade?
