I have an upcoming trip to Beirut (Lebanon) and from what I can see Australian passport holders get a free visa on arrival: Embassy of Lebanon in Canberra

I'm wondering if anyone has used this since it came into effect - I believe it used to be a 'paid for' visa.

Will I need to bring a passport sized photo with me for this VOA?

Not completely helpful but I entered on a UK passport which was also entitled to a free visa. Things can change but no photo was needed the "visa" is really just a stamp. Just make sure you tick tourism as the reason for entry.

Also get of the plane real quick - you really want to be at the front of the queue.

Should be the same then. OK, easy enough - am in the front row and no checked luggage!
