Currently EY fly only the A380 to SYD and LHR. This will shortly expand to include JFK and then CDG.
However the OP was asking about first class routes not A380 routes.
Most of EY's wide bodied fleet is 3 class.
So they have F and it is a closed suite - although not the more spacious Apartment which features on the A380.
Of the wide bodied fleet AFAIK only some of their A330s are 2 class.
Unfortunately these 2 class A330s are used on the AUH-PER route.
However, all their B777s, A340s and B787s are 3 class.
So a lot of their other destinations have F.
I have personally flown F to SYD, BKK, KUL, CMN and CDG.
A couple of the Asian routes (eg KUL & BKK) only have F when operated by aircraft leased from Jet airways.
But the F hard product is also a closed suite with only minor aesthetic differences - it's actually a bigger seat.
And the soft product is completely Etihad.
