Monday's flight, domestic CNS-SYD, had pax across aisle snoring rather loudly.

Wish I had ear plugs to not hear him.

Maybe red wine helped him sleep then snore.

I would have asked for a packet of cashews & pretzels and then spent the flight trying to throw them in his mouth.

I sleep with a Resmed sleep machine on long haul flights. I have 2 batteries just in case the onboard power does not work.
You cannot snore and you have a refreshing sleep.

I had the trifecta from KUL > MEL a few weeks ago; 2 people snoring, 1 letting off more gas than a fracking operation and a screaming kid in Y! Worse was that my Bose NC stopped working!!!! (although replaced with no fuss)

I don't snore but my +1 says otherwise...I'm sure she exaggerates a lot!!

Maybe that's the problem for all of us. Our partners ALL exaggerate :!:

I agree. SWMBO says I snore so loud it wakes her up. I say I am closer to the action and it doesn't wake me so can't be that bad! :D

I have felt the occasional twinge of embarrassment for a fellow traveller who might not realise just what impact he is having on fellow pax. There was one guy on flight from HKG that was in the high decibel range and had a particular melody to his snoring. But then I pop the headphones and go to sleep and forget about it!

It is reasonably easily solved as you can gently wake the offender up. I've had to do it on occasion. There isn't much justification for a single person to snore uninterrupted if they're keeping the rest of the cabin awake.
