Bumped to next flight and upgraded to Flexi - what SC earn will I get?

Hey hey!

So I was on a VA flight this evening - booked in Q class (saver) on an E190. Said E190 went tech (or something of the like) and my flight went HX

I was rebooked onto the next flight and to my surprise when I got to the airport and the kind lady printed my Boarding pass I was told I was in a flexi class, L to be exact. I was told I could have upgraded to business for the flexi points amount, so I am wondering If I will actually now earn the Flexi status credits?

I can't load the PNR in the Velocity My bookings screen, it won't display the fare rules so I am none the wiser.

Anyone happen to know or want to place a bet?

(also I am a little devo because I kinda like the E190 )

I presume the BP indicated L class.

I would suggest you wait until it posts... if you are happy then leave it at that ...

I've had a similar experience, granted it was a couple years ago so systems/policies may have changed, but may be useful info nonetheless. Late OOL-SYD flight was cancelled due to late arrival of inbound and not being able to make it before SYD curfew. Rebooked onto flight +24 hours and was moved to Flexi... received Flexi SC's. I'm not sure if this was an "upgrade" for the inconvenience or a procedural change so they could move my booking onto another flight.
