Upgrade from Bronze to Silver on Qantas FF Program

Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to receive my upgraded card and tags for moving from Bronze to Silver. Do I receive my one complementary lounge visit too?

Membership packs usually take between 10-14 working days from the date your membership was upgraded.

As PS you will receive a Complimentary QC pass in your kit.

Hi guys,

It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received anything in the mail as yet. I went to the Qantas Lounge at Sydney International this morning to ask if I can claim my complementary lounge voucher for reaching Silver and was told that there is nothing they can do until I receive my voucher. How do I follow up on my voucher / Q Tags??
Very disappointing as I assume I need to use my voucher prior to end of June as that is when the Status year ends.

Any assistance with the above will be greatly appreciated. Disappointed Qantas FF :(

You should be getting silver for the rest of this status year + all of the next status year.
 
So does that mean that I will receive one voucher that expires end of June and then another one for next year? Thanks Anna. Hard to believe I am getting so excited about a single voucher :)

Have you double checked your current address is in your freq flyer profile? The kit may have already been dispatched to an old address.

All my kits have arrived quite quickly.
 
Is there a phone number I can call to confirm it has been sent out - can't find anything on the net regarding Qantas FF contact numbers?
 
The vouchers are usually valid for 12 months from date of issue I think, not just to the end of your "year".
