I have 2 x BKK Premium Lane passes, stamped Finnair/AY, but no date or flight number. I am not familiar with BKK immigration, so don't know if they are particularly useful, but if anyone thinks they are worth having for an upcoming trip to BKK, let me know.

Nice gesture but one needs to use some caution.

I seem to recall signs warning against using Premium lane passes not related to your flight/date. Not sure if immigration officers check the details on the passes though.

IME it's only the gatekeeper at the departures premium lane that looks closely and does seem to be matching the card details with the boarding pass.
Immigration never give them a second look, departing or arriving.

Yes, I did say I wasn't sure they would be useful, but thought I would offer them out before chucking them in the bin if someone was confident they could be used.

They are somewhat useful, but have never seen the regular immigration lines big enough make the premium lines that much better.

I have one I haven't had to handover yet. undated and unnamed with just a "QF" stamp on it. I've held on to it when I've been through.
