I have a spare QP pass expiring end of April and would like to offer it up. I have gained a lot of knowledge from this forum, and it's time to return the favour to the AFF community.

I won't be back in Australia until next week, so won't be able to post it in time to anyone planning to fly in March.

I will select someone at my discretion, but my preference would be to someone who has contributed to the forum (eg post count >100, or someone who helps up with expertflyer searches etc, and not someone with a post count of 2, with all their posts soliciting for passes).

Hi pksw,

A very generous offer. If still available I would love to give it to our daughter who is flying from Perth to Newcastle via Brisbane, with a four hour wait in Brisbane after the red eye.
Although. Mr jojen and I are both platinum we do not have any guest passes for her to use !!!

Thank you, jojen

Hi - I would really appreciate the pass however I have only recently found the AFF site so have only posted one or two questions about overseas travel. My 10 year old son & I are travelling to the US on 18th April to visit my brother for his 50th birthday - he has lived there for about 24 years so it's been that long since I've seen him. My son broke his arm at school yesterday so is not impressed with the prospect of our first trip to the US with a cast on. Oh well, them's the breaks (lol). Anyhow, if there are no other takers I'd be thrilled to be able to use the Qantas lounge pass and it would be a real treat! Thanks for your consideration :)
best regards, Kay

I'd suggest posting your flight details in the April thread of the lounge meets forum to see if anyone can guest you in. I've already spotted the possibility that member albatross710 is flying from Brisbane that day too, albeit to Hong Kong. If you're at the airport for a morning flight, your paths may cross.

Hi pksw,

i have have just spoken to our daughter who pointed out that with the Easter break the pass would not arrive in time for her flight, so I will withdraw from your generous offer.
I am sure you will find someone that will make good use of your pass.

Thank you, jojen

Always express post. Post it Friday, Should arrive monday.

Yes, if daughter lived in Perth may work, but as she is in the country, would take longer. I live in NSW and mail I post to her takes a week to arrive, so quite sure it would not reach her in time.
Also depends where pksw lives and when he / she returns home.

Jojen, happy to post - I arrived back in Melbourne today. I could get it in the post tomorrow - if you want to cover the cost for an express post envelope I can do that, and it'll be in the mail Friday.

Edit - had a look and I have a C5 express envelope here at home, so I could have it in the mail at 730am Friday morning if you want to cover the $6 for the envelope.

This thread could be conveniently reused by those kind peple offering, if the reference to the month could be removed from the title (?)

Due to flight reorganisation (now flying Virgin), I won't be using a pass as I was expecting.

It expires Thursday next week, and is valid for domestic QC or international J lounge entry. Free to whoever wants it, but I'm in Brisbane so if you're not please check to make sure it could actually get to you in time :)

I would really like this if still available? :)
