not as far as I'm aware. You can sometimes get it at the airport at no cost, but last time I was charged.

It is domestic SYD-CNS on B737.

SO managed to snag an exit row BNE/ADL in the olden days when he was an NB. Was probably T-30 prior to OLCI opening.
