Anyone using Qantas Valet Parking at Brisbane Airport should be aware that your car will be parked in the open whilst you are away. Major hail damage to many luxury cars during the recent Brisbane hail storm. Valet parking of course assumes no liability but has failed a duty of care to disclose openly to customers that their car will not be parked undercover.

This is (generally) well known by users of the qantas valet service in Brisbane.

But my car is safe then since it's not a luxury car but an old Peugeot.

Do they claim it will be undercover parking in BNE ?

I think, when you use a premium service and pay the price, we all just automatically "assume" you are getting undercover parking

A little bit OT here but I have another question. I have booked and pre-paid for 5 days "Parkvalet" at the BNE international terminal from the 8th Jan. I am assuming here but I am thinking that I will pull up at the Parkvalet spot and someone will take my car and park it in their designated valet parking area.....Does anyone know if this area is undercover?

Is Sydney Airport Qantas Valet outdoors too? I used it once and the car came back so dusty it really made me wonder. I'm not surprised they push the car wash service.
