You're officially the first to wish me well for the festive season ahead. Thank you.

However this thread was from last year, and I'm yet to update AFF with this year's leave schedule.

There's still a lot to do on my end before I can "Ctrl + Alt + Delete"!

Merry Christmas Red Roo. Your general contributions are very helpful and useful but what really makes the difference is your personal intervention with all of our issues be it a few points not posting or a full on service recovery issue.

Hope you're off on a MASA and have lounge access where you can have a hot dog, with no recliners in front of you on your QF flight on JQ metal, having booked your hotel and transfer on QF.com, and all the points credit seamlessly on your return.

Thank you for another exciting and memorable AFF year!

Your perpetual enthusiasm, interest in our company, ongoing loyalty and overall support of Qantas is much appreciated; certainly never taken for granted.

For your reference, many of our corporate offices will be closed over the Christmas and New Year break (21DEC-05JAN inclusive).

As such, Red Roo gets a holiday too! (Although who can really stay off AFF? )
