Double points promotion from July. Still no call back.

Bouquets are meaningless if they pick and choose which issues to deal with and which to leave alone.

Agree, can move a seat but can't credit points.

As a QF supporter from way I am becoming weary of QF and the hit and miss approach to quality and service.

Good to see you got such swift resolution. My wife and I flew back from London this week in First and upon check-in found that my wife had been moved from a window seat (4A) to the middle row. I discussed this with the First Host who could see that she was moved a few days earlier but with no explanation as to why. As First was full nothing could be done. We are both WP's but perhaps a higher status flyer wanted a window.

Weird, I am NB and they were able to move me so maybe it was also just bad luck.

I can see how you reached this conclusion.... at least they didn't spin some BS about the seat being faulty.

Er..actually the First Host speculated that perhaps the seat went unserviceable and then got fixed!
