I just checked and I've also received the initial 10,000. Looking forward to the bonus points posting.

Is it worth transferring them all over the QFF points immediately, or are there often promotions for improved rates of transfer? IE, transfer and get 1.5 QFF points per other misc reward point? Or unlikely given these are effectively Qantas points and can only be redeemed for QFF points anyway?

I have received a couple of emails (from [email protected]) requesting that I send copy of email from Aquire confirming my account with Aquire. It's only taken a few days to reply to my email, but at least they are looking at the situation.

I now have all my Staples points and they have been backdated. This was a manual intervention, however it was dealt with very professionally - so kudos to Staples team. As others have mentioned forward them your welcome email that has the free delivery code as that was the one that confirmed your link to Aquire. It took about a week for them to be backdated from the initial email as i believe they need to liaise with the Aquire team as well.

Called Secure Parking today since I hadn't heard back following my email enquiry. They were actually quite helpful and promised to follow it up. I was told the bookings are all exported at the end of each month and sent to Qantas for processing so the delay could be at Aquire's end. I asked whether the points would be back dated to reflect the transaction date but the guy I spoke to wasn't sure about that.

I think once this little situation sorts itself out and I have managed to get my 10,000 bonus points, I will just use direct QFF earn for future Secure Parking bookings.
