Is like a train station. I miss the quiet of The Pier. Anyone know when it's reopening?

I was there 2 weeks ago, I had to wait 5-10 minutes for a seat in the eating area.
To me The Wing is not much of an F lounge, it's just a noisy business class lounge with better shower rooms and a la carte noodles. There isn't even bag storage.
There is baggage store, just inside the upper level entrance.

There was, they told me yesterday it's no longer available. !?!?
Having passed through there again recently with the same confusion, I've decided to ask (here, not there).
At the top of the stairs/as you exit the elevator, if you turn right there's a sign that says 'First Class Lounge' with a little barrier rope thingy. That's where the cabanas are and he nice fancy restaurant.
But why does it have a sign and a barrier? Isn't that whole floor the F lounge? Or is it just for dedicated F passengers?

Thank you both. It explains why the downstairs J section is otherwise uninspiring.

As I said earlier, I miss The Pier F lounge, it was so quiet.
I've never been to any of the F lounges, but the Pier was definitely my pick for best J lounge.
I'm still hoping to get over there now I'm WP to try out the F lounges. One day ...
