Famous people seen (or even met) whilst flying or lounging

A good mate of mine was sat next to the two of them at Otto in Sydney on the weekend... he said he didn't know whether to be excited, or drop and give them 20 push-ups

Or cancel the wonderful carb loaded pasta and desert they'd just ordered. (I'm assuming Otto is a restaurant?)

While we're on the subject of Otto.....my brother was dining at China Doll at Woolloomooloo a while back when an older couple walked past who he didn't immediately recognise. He heard a thud to look up and see both of them had fallen over so he raced up to help them. A guy and his mate had just hopped of a boat at the wharf and they raced over too.

It was only when one of the guys said to them "John, Caroline it's Russell" (as in Crowe) he realised that it was John & Caroline Laws. The friend wanted to call an ambulance but Russell thanked my brother for helping then ushered John & a giggling Caroline back to their nearby apartment where they're neighbours.

They were obviously heading home after lunching at Otto where they've got a permanent table.

Dr Karl in the Virgin Lounge at SYD T2 (upper level). I only noticed him when he came up to me and asked me for the wifi password just a moment ago.

Exactly. I immediately sent a text to my wife proclaiming I knew the answer to a question that Dr Karl didn't!

Did you also race out to one of those tacky T-shirt shops and get a T-shirt made up with "I stumped Dr. Karl"?

Doesn't need SCs, by definition the CL is his lounge... but I doubt my erstwhile countryman would mix with actual customers as, I suspect, it may not be a pleasant experience.

Ah yes you are right.

Shame really as I have always believed that the head of a company needs to meet its customers otherwise he/she risks losing touch with the people that are spending their dollars with the company.
