Talking of IHG, i hear they are opening the new rialto in Melbourne in Dec and have one of their upmarket managers running the show. Anyone got naymore details?

Its opening late this year, the property fund that owns the building already has many ICHG properties so they must be happy with the management provided by ICHG, including HI Flinders, CP Melbourne, CP Coogee, Terrigal etc

Talking of IHG, i hear they are opening the new rialto in Melbourne in Dec and have one of their upmarket managers running the show. Anyone got naymore details?

Many of us having been waiting two years for the refurb of the old Rialto to happen, and the Intercontinental to open. Still waiting, although work on the site does seem to be proceeding apace.

I have seen job ads indicating that the pre-opening team will be in place late November. Construction is scheduled for completion in December.

Haven't seen an opening date yet, but would expect sometime in Dec.
