Seats 48a&b on qf380

When the reconfiguration changed the qf blurb stated passengers in these seats plus c would b escorted to business lounge on boarding & escorted back to seats before take off, forget why now. A family member booked ab, does this still happen?

No they stopped that a long long time ago. It was as predicted too much trouble and annoying to F passengers having Y customers coming and going.

The lounge on the 380 is really not that exciting, I assure you

This lasted 3 months.

On most flights these 3 passengers push past the first class passengers trying to get off first.

Thanks, I've passed on the news, he'll be fine. He used to have elite status working in states, so no loss. I will be on my first 380 in October in small business cabin, doubt I will go in lounge, looks a bit cramped. I'm a bit nervous of flying in a plane of its size. Pleased to see strawberry daiquiri will be served from October pre-boarding, I'm sure this will calm the nerves.
